IonSpa Foot Bath

All parts of your ionSpa (Pro and Home Foot Baths) are warrantied. The only exception are the ionizer® replaceable metal plates (good for 60 foot baths under normal use) and other perishables, such as, the gloves, sea salt, cleaning brush. And there is no extra charge to you for this extensive warranty, the longest in this industry.

Think of our warranty as an automobile's "bumper to bumper" warranty (3 of the 5 years). For the first 3 years everything is warrantied (the tub, power supply, array (ionizer), digital display unit, cords). For year 4 and 5 only the digital electronic display is warrantied.

We have 2 home foot baths operating in a clinical setting, health shows and personal use for almost 6 years with no warranty work necessary. That's the durable, dependable, and cost effective side of the ionSpa®.

This warranty is only if the ionSpa® (foot bath) is used for the purpose intended and in accordance with the instructions. The warranty is invalid if the unit (foot bath) is connected to an unsuitable or non surge protected electrical supply (we provide a surge protector at no extra charge), dismantled, interfered with in any way, or damaged through misuse or abuse.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary form state to state.
